bad service

<p>Logged a complain at Shoprite head office spoke to Lulama ,he said i should go back to the store which is Checkers where i bought a backpack for my son which teared i returned it and the Manager could not help me .With permission of Lulama i went back to collect the new backpack but i waited more than 20 minutes for Jerome the Manger .I bought it on the 09/01/217 and saw the tear on the 2/02/17 and went to the store.</p> <p>For a Manager he is very unprofessional,i left my number but no feedback yet.</p>
