Bad service

<p>I'm not really happy about the service i received today from waterfall checkers , I needed help from the lady called Thabile she's a deli assistant, she was so unfriendly , unprofessional and so unhelpful. even if I tried to show her that she is wrong she didn't even see a mistake i felt so small because I believe that each and every company do service training and that as a staff you should know everything that's happening in the company you work for. you could swear that she is forced to come to work.....</p>
