Bad service

<p>I have a gift card i wanted to utalise the cashier said it declined as Eastgate Shopping is off line.. I wnet and eastgate shopping centre told me the transaction went through and was not declined and given a slip which i presented to Amanda who im assuming is the Cherkers supervisor.. only to be told that i must wait till she confirms the transaction and waste more time and come back again to collect my shopping groceries.. this is the worst shopping experience ive ever experienced and time consuming..highly annoyed.
