Bad Service

<p>I was shopping with my wife today at checkers and we asked for a cash back at the count and after we was told that the till operator did not have cash we asked if she couldn’t ask someone else to help, this is when she started giving us attitude telling us that we were supposed to ask before we even got any of our groceries scanned. This was all new to us and we told her that we didn’t know and we would still want some cash at this point both the till operator and the packer went off and started shouting at my wife and I. We was close to the cigarette kiosk and there was a manager standing there, after I blow off that’s when he came and started trying to calm the situation, which h to my shock did not help because these two ladies keep on shouting at us for asking for cash back. Was told to go to the cigarette kiosk to pay and get the cash and still the two ladies kept on shouting at me and worse at my wife because she was still standing close to them with the groceries. I had no idea that these till operator and packers had the right to shout at us just because we did not know the way to go. Until we left the shop these two kept shouting at us. </p>
