Bad service

<p>I went to shoprite at around 1pm the 28th of July. I received shocking service, bad service and no one even apologised .And it's not the first time that I went there and u get that the front end staff knows nothing about customer service. I went to the shop and there's a lady by the door that sells hotdogs.went to buy so she said she does nt hv card services so I need to pay cash and that she does nt have onion for the hotdog.so I had to go inside the store to draw cash at the till so I thought let me buy hot chips at the deli.went to the front tills to 3 different tills and wad told the card machine is not working there's no sign of that in any of the tills so u have to wait about 10mins to be confront of the cashier to tell u that the card machine is not working so finally went to pay at the fourth till and the lady didn't greet she rang through my stuff and gave me a bag to pack for myself while she sits and wait for the till to process the transaction. Finally I was done went to the lady by the door to pay n collect my hot dog that i ordered earlier and was told none. No sorry no nothing she just had attitude. Went to woolies which is close by n didn't even take me 5mins I was out by the door.quick efficient service at woolies. If rather go buy at woolies next time rather than spend my hard earned money at shoprite and receive bad shocking shopping experience everytime.whats worse they do not even apologise these people must go for customer service training and they can learn a thing or 2 from checkers employees at sea point.</p>
