Bad service

I feel if Checkers needs to decide if they want to offer cash backs as part of their service or not. I was at Springs mall for a cash back, when I got to the cashier requesting for the cash back she told me she does not have the amount of money I want, therefore I must walk throughout all the tills and ask the cashiers if they have the amount of money I needed. Is this the type of service Checkers is offering to their customer??? Is this the training they give to their cashiers??? Because if that is the case then I’m definitely not doing my shopping there in future.
