BAD POOR SERVICE

Bad experience, I purchase a 9L dispenser decanter @ checkers hyper at carnival mall on the 30.10.2021 and I have never used it, only opened the dispenser in December for R350 only to find out it had a crack on it.

Fast forward I returned the dispenser and I was told that they cannot exchange or refund it as I had to return in within 7 days of purchase.

what nonsense is this as it does not state on the till slip that non electrical goods needs to be returned within 7days.

Hello Peter, kindly help me to resolve this issue this is really unfair to customers as I feel we are being ******.
