Bad packaging from store to client

Did an order this morning with this store and when my order arrived I was surprised that the driver only had one bag. I noticed that the bottom was dripping and since I had ordered chicken fillets and shrimps I knew it must be the chicken. Needless to say my groceries were covered with chicken defrost sauce. The chicken and the shrimps had not been packed in separate packets and my salad stuff was placed upside down squashing the tomatoes. Everything had to be washed down. What I don’t understand is why the meat was not put in a cooler bag with ice packs as that is how I shop in this heat. I was not impressed. Then they have the candy cane find the item to go into the draw but even though you find the product you can’t order it because they are out of stock so you end up loosing out. Not cool
