Bad overal experience

I am very Sad and dissapointed on the service I got from Amanda who work at checkers at Eastgate Shopping center, I was not expecting the behavior and attitude she gave me aspecially her being part of the management at checkers. I bought food there during my lunch and discovered that the meat had a plastic rapped around it, had to go back with that food and make them aware. I was unfortunately assisted by her who gave me attitude from the beginning and did not even apologise onbehalf of checkers, she imidiately demanded a reciept seemed that was primarily her concern even though she saw there were checkers price tags on the food I returned, I then I asked her in case I had no receipt wat was going to be the case, she fumed out and told me about that not being relevant, she then left and told me she has nothing to say to me, her colleagues went in to assist, whom assisted me accordingly and called in the manager from the relevant department to come and see me, I waited for the manager who took also a long to come and see me, time was not on my side had to go back to work as I was on lunch and left my details for her to call me, till today I have not received a call from her, I am so desappointment on thier service, I don't see myself buying there again, sadly though that I work on that very same mall I will now have to now go to other areas for shopping.
