Bad online and telephonic service!

I ordered my monthly groceries from the sixty60 app like any other month. I sent an email and received a reference number, 727664. I ordered with my groceries 18 eggs. As I was packing out my groceries, the egg holder was broken and 14 eggs broke. Leaving my groceries full of eggs!! I called and emailed but no feedback, I'm requesting for 14 new eggs, I don't have money to buy again, because someone was *********** to pack the groceries... Anyone's feedback would be highly appreciated!
