Bad manners&products at checkers cobble walk

I have had it with checkers cobble walk. So I posted the following on my neighbourhood'd facebook page and got an overwhelming response! Stories came back of rotten veg, terrible customer service, terrible staff behaviour, a lack of organisation, off bread, chicken with feathers in (this is normal for that branch. Everytime I go to Checkers Cobblewalk I have a bad experience. Ranging from poor quality of meat to rude cashiers to too little open tills during busy times. Today was RIDICULOUS. I stood behind 2 people for 20 minutes because it seemed the mounted card machines were offline and they only had one backup machine. Fair enough, life happens. HOWEVER nobody told the customers this and at the express tills cards were not accepted at all. So a long line formed at the express tills and shoppers with cards got turned away without a note being stuck up for them to see NO CARDS or anyone telling them this. This is unacceptable.
