Bad management s****s and customer experience

I've really had it with checkers parow centre starting off with the stink attitude their management has and hence the rest of the team has the same attitude.. The attitude that they are doing us as consumers a favour to assist us.. I work in parow centre so checkers is my go to everyday. I personally spend r6000-r8000 in that shop every month so I think I deserve service for the money I spend but not just for that but for mere being a customer.the cashiers don't greet I don't expect red carpets but atleast human decency. I went there this morning half past 9 left dissapointed again like most mornings.. 3cashiers available atleast 12 people per queue they have also 30tills and 3tills are available they might be low on staff as its Eid today but there is where your management initiative kicks in.. Management s****s what happened to that. And the kiosk cashier is standing having a conversation but the kiosk is off limits so she can rather stand around and do nothing instead of helping a customer that only has a bread to pay or like me this morning a bottle of vinegar.. Is this their attitude because of the area why should I go to n1 city or century city to get customer service for my money..????
