BAD Management

Just feedback on my experience at Checkers Braamfischer, Randburg. The Store Manager and her staff are extremely rude to Customers. I witnessed her arrogance firsthand and, based on my passed experience with another major retailer, it will not be long before stop supporting this store and start shopping at the new center in Randburg. It will be in your best interest to train your staff, on how to deal with Customers, and their requests. Simply carrying their frustration from one Customer to another will only create frustration with Customers, who you will soon lose. Your Management's behavior is clearly filtering down to her staff and will be disastrous for the store.
