Bad Management

Well first of all I had so many bad experiences with this Checkers in Goldfields Mall and did not take the time to escalate it but this time takes the cake. I bought wine and sausage today and went to pay at the till. After paying when I left the store a security guard stopped me and wanted to search my bag telling me someone said that I have put tomatoes in my bag. As he checked my bag it was little fat cakes I bought from another store. I have never opened my bag in the shop for someone to make such an accusation, I was only opened my bag at the till to take out my card to pay and the only person that saw my bag on the inside was the lady at the till and makes me WONDER. I was humiliated at the exit when the security wanted to explaine to me what happened, grabbed my bag and pulled me back, when I told him to let go so I can leave.... And on that note, the 60sixty personnel is running and sliding around the shop inconveniencing other shoppers and running into them, one almost ran me over with his bike as I was walking home cause he was to busy looking at his phone while driving... Very discussed by how this checkers is managed, the lines where customers pay is making it very hard for other customers to shop as they block the whole path even at the entrance...
