BAD MANAGEMENT

Went to Glen Marais store in Kempton Park to assist my mother in buying some necessities. My mom is a pensioner and battles to walk. On day 6 of lockdown the personel refused me into the store. When confronting management they too refused me to help my battling mother. This required a nearby police officer to explain that my mother needed assistance and that they should not refuse me from helping her. The service that I recieved was inhospitable and rude.
