Bad Management

My younger sister is working at Checkers Hyper in The Glen Mall Johannesburg South. Yesterday a lady from their admin office called me. She said my sister is sick I must quickly come pick her up, 5 minutes later, the same lady called me again, asking how far I am. I told her I'm on my way. She said I must go back home, the shop manager (BENNY MAZIBUKO) offered to bring my sister home. I was so happy to hear that. I waited and waited they didn't come. I called my sister asking where are they. She was cry and said "I'm still at work, the Manager said I'm not sick. I'm just acting up, I just want to go home" He said she must go to the staff canteen and stay there until she's fine. I had to rush to the shop asked to see the manager. I asked him, why did he say my sister is not sick when she told him she's sick. He tried to be defensive about it. I found my sister crying and her eyes red at the back of shop and the manager became so defensive with regards to the incident as I was questioning him with regards to the statement he made about my sister lying and when I requested a meeting between the 2 cause I saw things were not going okay and my sister was in aggravated pain he said he won't discuss anything with me as an outsider.
