Bad food hygiene in Checkers Windermere Centre

Today I purchased a 2ltr Crystal Valley milk from Checkers in Windermere Centre and got home and it was as sour as hell. The only reason to this I can think of is after I've seen customers put away products and meats meant to be in the fridges on the tills or in a basket next to the till when they decide they don't want it anymore. Then it stands for hours there till close up time and goes off and I've seen staff pack away these things back in the fridge near close up time. Once I tested this and came in opening time and saw a basket with meat in it and came back before close up time and the meat was still there in the basket. Then I saw a staff member there go out it back on the fridge shelf. No wonder people get food poisoning or get sick. This should be addressed with management as this is their job to monitor these things and the staff. Utter disgust! Sies!
