Bad fish

I went to checkers hyper at northgate today and I bought a fish. When I arrived home I prepared it for lunch then to my surprise the fish scales were not removed and it also had a bad smell, from what I know a fish needs to be cleaned and all the scales need to be removed for hygiene purposes and comfortable eating. I am very disappointed that a big company like this is not taking out fish scales and is serving smelly fish to the customers.
