Bad experience with Sixty60
I ordered from Sixty60 on Monday 20th July. The delivery arrived at approx 6h15 pm which was absolutely fine but the driver informed me that there was 1 bag short and that he didnt know if it was "lost"or had been given to the wrong driver or what. He assured me that somebody from Sixty60 would be in touch the next day to sort it out ie refund me or deliver the outstanding groceries. Needless to say the entire amount had already been deducted from my credit card. I heard nothing from anyone on Tuesday morning (21st July) and so in the afternoon went to the Bryanston store myself to sort it out. I was helped by a most efficient and friendly lady called Mavis who did know about the lost bag of groceries and told me she had informed a person named Karabo at the call centre and asked him to contact me. She kindly took me around the aisles and we replaced what hadn't been delivered. I asked her for the number of the call centre so I could lodge a complaint and speak to Karabo. I rang the call centre from home and spoke to a lady called Wendy who apologized for the inconvenience. Karabo was apparently off duty but she assured me that one of the management staff would be in touch with me. To date I have heard from no one. What a disastrous mess. If it wasbt for Mavis who simply believed me and took my word that the items had never been delivered, i would have been in a real pickle. That is the last time I will use Sixty60. What a shame that management is not accessible for the man in the street to speak to, It is shocking service..
