Bad experience with a female manager at Checkers Oudtshoorn

I'm really disappointed in the Manager (a White Female) at Checkers Oudtshoorn. The special leaflet advertised Cappy Juice for R15 for 2 six packs. I asked for a voucher seemingly that they are busy unloading the stock. By lunch time I went back to collect the voucher stock. The shelf packer informed me that I'm only liable to get 3 per customer which I did point out to him and the manager that I was given a voucher for 9 deals and I only received 4deals. The manager in a rudely manner told me that a voucher is only for 3 deals that I know is a lie because this isnt my first voucher. She took my voucher and refused to deduct the 4 deals from the 9. She refused to gave my voucher back and said I can gladly complain. This isnt the way a manager must treat a client. I still want my 5 outstanding deals and would appreciate it if the manager can take a course in customer management and maybe learn some manners. I spend my salary in Checkers and would like to continue shopping there. On no leaflet it states that the deals is only 3 per customer. Why does she make the rules as if she owns checkers. I would like feedback from their head office as soon as possible.

Today I emailed you about a female manager in Checkers Oudtshoorn that handled a situation regarding a special in a leaflet. I was issued a voucher for 9 deals but when I got to Checkers I only received 4 deals. According to the manager there was only supposed to be 3 deals on a voucher per customer which is nowhere to be seen in the leaflet. The manager took my voucher and refused to give it back. According to the consumer act the customer is always right. It wasn't the customer's fault that the deal in the leaflet was faulty. After leaving the store without my voucher I emailed you to assist me. After sending the email me and several other colleagues went back to Checkers to enquire about the deal. The shelve packer informed us that the female manager instructed them to remove all the stock from the shelves and that if any customer enquire about the deal they must lie to the customer and say that the stock is finished. My colleagues and I saw the Coca Cola truck deliver the stock personally. On the leaflet it shows 6 x 330ml of Cappy Juice buy 2 for R15. (2×6 cans). Some of my colleagues were issued vouchers as well and this same manager told other people that that vouchers is useless as it was an instruction from her Head office. I would like to get clarity about this issue asap. I do know the Consumer act and would seek advice from a legal adviser to take this issue futher. This isn't my first incident at Checkers Oudtshoorn and as for today a lot of customers are unhappy about the service that was given by your manager. A decent manager with Basic Management s****s is a need in Oudtshoorn.
