Bad Experience to a Digital Solution to Shopping

The false advertising of available products on the site/app is extremely disappointing. Checkers Green Valley Sixty60 is continuously requesting alternatives, sometimes with the alternatives not being available. Is it not possible to actually link the inventory of the store with the availability on the site/app. i also have no way of choosing a better store. The majority of the time I don't want any other type/brand/flavour but rather what I originally order. In this way the site is unreliable and misleading.
