Bad experience received at shoprite eastlondon

I bought a flylead f type connector male cable at shoprite amalinda the gentlemen that sold me this cable said i can bring it back for exchange as i was not sure if it was the right cable. I then went to shoprite in town not the one on oxford street and ask to exchange the cable.I spoke to the lady by the name Thandeka Phansi who went to speak with manager Lucy to confirm wat to do wit this return. I then heard Thandeka saying to the manager it is so annoying coz most of us customers go buy at amalinda and come worry them with exchanges after a while she then came back n said i must go to amalinda cz they wont be able to exchange the product as it has been opened. I asked her to do d exchange an then take the opened cable to the supplier she said she wont b able to . I then askd for her name because i wanted to phone customer care and find out wat i must do wit the incorrect cable she refused to give me her surname said i must ask her manager.i then askd the manager for the surname which she gave me and no one bothered to ask what the matter was.I was not at all happy with this experience from shoprite.
