Bad experience

I order at 4am and I received an sms confirmation that my order will be here at 10am had the mis call at 9:57 and responded at 10:02 phoned driver he didn't pick up and phoned the call center was told my order was canceled this company it all about them making money once you pay they don't care ,it SA any companies treat client's bad that why we going through what we going through in South Africa
