Bad experience checkers Mall of the south

saw a special and I was not sure needed some clarity from the staff, I requested a lady to assist me , she went to ask and I didn't understand when she comes back because she didn't have any answers regarding my special request besides that I should decide what I think this promo says ,she is going on lunch. I decided to take the products with a hope that maybe at the till the price will be as per the special and I will explain what I saw. The experience was very much disturbing worse when I went back with the manager ofto notice that they went and took the special error behind my back, if it was not for some lady who walked and said they should give me the special with what I saw. I am very disappointed at the treatment and next time I will go to dischem, clicks or woolies cause mostly the do same special and they always do what is right for both client and store. I remember few months back at pick n pay, they put an expired paper at the door and I bought a per the special I took , when I show the supervisor the paper she just override apologies and took all the papers as it was human mistake not running behind my back at take the papers in the entrance like they did at Checkers
