Bad experience at Checkers Hyper Westgate Mall

On 14 May 2018 around 17H45 I went to the Checkers Hyper in Westgate Mall and wanted to buy the Simonsberg cheese + KMW wine special for R79,99. When I go to the till the lady told me that the special is no longer running and I told her that the advert is by the aisle and she said she can't help me. The store manager Thabiso Marige was called and we even walked to the aisle where the advert was but I was still told that the special is no longer running and they can't help me despite the fact that the sale was till advertised on the aisle.

I am not happy with this experience and how the tiller and store manager so it ok to just say they can't help me instead of having good customer care.
