Bad experience

Checkers has a teddybear on special for R199, however, I stood in the store at Columbine for over 30 minutes while they tried to figure out which teddybear it is like the one they have in store has a checked bowtie and the one on sale has a "plain bowtie" They then called around and said that The Glen has the one on sale, I headed over to The Glen; not one teddybear on their shelves, and the management of both stores were absolutely rude!! My nephew has been saving for a teddybear and his heart is shattered that everywhere does not have one and we cannot buy it online. Why advertise something you do not have?????
