Bad experience

This was the worst thing I did in a long time. I did an order online, because I want to stay out of the shops because of Covid. Many of the things I tried to order were not available, but I bought from the Checkers FX in Centurion Mall. Then the prices were different from what was on the online store. They allocated money on my credit card for much more than the order. The order was only delivered five hours later. Not in sixty minutes like advertised. The next day an amount went off my credit card. The bank couldn't match it. So the amount was allocated and taken of. I tried calling Sixty60, but they said I must log a query online. The bank couldn't assist me either. They needed a letter from Checkers saying the allocated amount can be released. It took a week and many emails and calls to get the letter from Checkers. Within 10 minutes of sending it to the bank, the allocation was lifted. I was so upset with this whole experience, that I couldn't even get myself to complain. I will never use this service again.
