Bad experience

On the 29 November 2019 one of the Floor Managers at the store told us that they didn't have Safari peanuts with raisins and even assured us that he was the one taking stock so there was none in the whole shop, We desperately needed peanuts as we were heading to Swaziland and needed something to munch on the road, we then went to another guy who was also working there and he showed us what we needed, We were disappointed because this is the person we trusted as he is a floor Manager. We reported the matter to the Store Manager on duty that day, he dismissed us claiming that he would address the matter when we requested that he calls the Floor Manager he said we should trust him that he will address the matter and we should take his word. ..What's bad about this is that this is the shop that's very close to where I live and I do my daily shopping there, having such people with such attitude is demotivating and I wish I had an alternative place to go to spend my money where it will be appreciated
