Bad experience

This is the 10th time I go to checkers to buy some goods then I see buy 3 and pay let's say R99 when I go to tills to pay then the supervisor or manager come to till with attitude and say not this item or that item I mean really if it is not that product it must say excluding at carnival mall checkers
