Bad driving by Checkers Sixty60 drivers which damaged my car

I was not going to post but I believe it must be done due to continuous bad driving on the roads by Checkers sixty60 motorcycle delivery people. In February 2024 in the late afternoon during peak traffic we were exiting a petrol station and the on coming traffic stopped to give us right of way to get into the traffic. This garage is at an intersection and we needed to turn right. As we proceed to enter the traffic lane to turn right as the oncoming traffic gave us right of way, a Checkers sixty60 motorcycle was coming towards the same intersection but were driving towards us but on the other side of the solid white line. The motorcycle did not see us entering and we could not see him because of the multitude of cars. Needless to say the motorcycle smashed into the front of car. We requested a copy of the driver's license and he was reluctant. A community security company stopped and only the did the driver present a Zimbabwean driver's license. The driver also did not have a ID. We called Checkers to report thus only to be told that these guys are not employed by Checkers but with a 3rd party and they gave me their contact details. I called them and were told that I must submit a claim with their Insurance companies legal department which is Outsurance. We did as was told. The legal department from Outsurance came back declining the claim stating that it was negligence on our part as the motorcycle driver had first right of way and they too Checkers suxty60 drivers version.

I am posting this due to the hazards on our roads due to the driver's trying to meet Checkers delivery guaranteed time, and totally disregarding the safety of others driver's on the road.

I say shame on u Checkers for allowing this to happen on our roads and if its not on the road, your sixty60 staff in the outlet runs you off your feet.

I now have a car that is damaged because we don't have the right and their drivers can drive on the other side of a solid white line facing oncoming traffic
