bad delivery

about a week ago we used the checkers 60 in 60 app and before the delivery came the app stated that the delivery was complete only a further 20 mins later did the delivery guy arrive, then when he unpacked everything he stated that the Dettol product that we bought had broke and that he would go back to the shop to get another one and return we stay literally 5 min away from the checkers here.

and we are still waiting for the guy to come back with the Dettol, i understand that he could have been busy but the Dettol was not refunded on the app nor did we receive it.

we have had a few items not make it previously but they were small and we didnt think anything of it but as you know in the times we are living now the Dettol was needed and is also not cheap.
