Bad customer services

Visited Shoprite checkers Estcourt just to get ****ins To feed my cravings but was very disappointed with service I got from Ntombikhona Nomfundo Shabalala it was quite on the express till as i got to be assisted by her, she ring the items, as I was searching for my extra saving card she proceeded with transaction, so I asked ain’t you gonna scanner my extra savings card, she roll her eye and called the Supervisor I stood there shocked and confused. Huge big up to the supervisor she was so friendly and well trained to assist, I don’t know what ****ed cashier of she gave whole of R1 coins that amount to R32.90 putting them down on her tills, I felt unwelcome by her actions was inquiring about Astra savings card to be swipe for promotion wrong?

I believe there always room for improvement such standards ain’t from checkers i know, was glad that checkers has finally open to Estcourt but such bad service from one cashier that has impact my shopping experience.
