Bad Customer Service (Refused to honour specials)

I experienced terrible service at Checkers Ben Fleur, Witbank. When looking at extra savings specials online for my specific store ( checkers Ben Fleur ), and in store we were denied these specials saying that they are not available, when clearly they were when proof was provided. What is the point of having an extra savings card !? The issue is with how the situation was handled by staff members who got very rude/ full of attitude - when clearly the issue was from their system, which was not reflecting the advertised specials, they refused to acknowledge issue but rather chose to behave in an unfriendly manner, and were not interested in helping. The supervisor ignored us and walked away, instead of helping with the issue, which is unacceptable customer service, especially given that we prefer to shop Checkers Ben Fleur.
