BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE P

Tuesday the 09th of October 2023 I went to this shop as my bank FNB advices us to do that. As ask a cashier for a R1000 but she refused She made me wait 10 to 20 minutes before they can help me draw cash. I spoke to the store manager but believe me She was not even interested. I said mam can you hear me..She said dont worry i wil Talk to her later...So checkers hyper in westgate (Roodepoort)they r very rude same as their managers They need a serious customer service. THANK YOU.
