Bad customer service in checkers stores.

Spent an hour trying to get someone to assist. No staff on the floor to assist but loads of checkers60 60 staff walking around. When you ask them for assistance they look at you as if "this is not my job" and then walks away. I need assistance in the perishable department. No manager available, no staff visible. The fruit and veg guy then tries to find a manager that can assist me. This manager says its no this department and that the perishable manager is gone home. His a manager, you can delegate to someone to assist. This happens every time in Checkers. No one assist the customers. This happened so many times to me in Canal Walk, where one would expect better service. Even in Westgate mall. Sorry checkers your customer service is putrid. Its so putrid that their own complaint page on their website does not even work.
