Bad customer service from the bakery and the cashier and the way they handle the situation

Bakery bad customer service by the bakery consultant, I bought a normal bread for R10. 00 and they charged me R49. 99 Each so I bought 2 loafs and I was charged R100. 00 for the bread that is baked at the bakery, I went to complain about it and the person who assisted me told the management and instead they just laughed not even coming to me to apologize for what their bakery consultant and cashier did. Yes they refunded me but I am not happy with the way they handled the situation and from the way I can see nothing will be done to them for the mistake they did to me and this is my second bad experience, I ordered a cake the way I was helped was bad but I didnt complain about it as we talked about it and it was sorted out, so now this aaih I've had enough now about their service sucks a big time....
