Bad customer service

Good day,

I am writing here because of a terrible/bad customer service I received at the Checkers in Southway mall Durban. I was standing in the express till, no customer infront of me, then I went to the first till because the cashier was free, till opened not closed. She was so sarcastic and told me that she didn’t call me and next time or in future I should wait until she calls me, even though I went there and didn’t say anything when I saw that she was refilling the cash register paper roll, she was so mean, not wearing a name tag, time was 17:07 , 30th Decamber 2025…I asked for her name, she said she is Sikhona Sheleni wereas when I checked the receipt , I was served by Nompumelelo Nqoko.
