Bad customer service experience

On the 11 January 2019(yesterday) I went to Checkers Glen Marais. Monument and Rietfontein.

Absolute bad customer service experience from the cashier who was helping me. I got to the till, I greeted her politely she kept quiet. She tells the other lady who packs in plastics that she wants to go to the toilet. and did not respond to me. Ok as I was shocked by that, she only scans a few of the things I'm buying the rest she leaves them. I then again give her the things to scan. After she scans she just keeps quiet and does not tell me how much I'm supposed to pay. I then ask she tells me the figure.

When I was done I say thank you, and asked her name because she wasn't even wearing a name tag. She said she is Ndivhuwo.

That cashier was so rude, she is not at all customer service oriented.

Don't you Checkers do training on your employees? Your employee Ndivhuwo from Checkers Glen Marais is awfully rude and has stinking attitude.

Please do something about this because you will loose customers due to ladies who are unprofessional.
