Bad Customer Service ever

I was at Checkers Mimosa Mall on the 1st August when I happened to be assisted by a very rude cashier by the name of Dimakatso Sello, whom didn't wanted to do a cash back with my two slices of cake purchase. She told me they were told to stop doing transaction like that because it cause a lot of shortages for them. I then asked her to make cash back of R300 before I could finish talking she already scanned the box and ask for my card and I told her I need cash before I make a payment and why she scanned the box before she could hear what I'm saying then she yelled at me as if I'm a kid. I then asked her to cancel the transaction and do cash back first , there she goes calling another cashier and ask her if she has R300 and the other cashier said she has it, then she ordered me to go to that cashier to withdraw. Luckily as I was about to go to the other cashier a supervisor was close by and she asked Dimakatso why she's sending me away, she explained and the supervisor told her that she warned her to stop doing that but she still continuing. I then told supervisor that I asked Dimakotso to cancel the transaction and give me cash so I can pay. Supervisor cancelled the transaction and Dimakatso continued to give me attitude as she was helping me, the look from her face was like I smell like **** to her and she can't wait for me to leave the counter. I made her aware that I'm going to log a complain for her bad attitude, rudeness and bad customer service. She acted as if she's doing me favour forgetting that it's her job and responsibility to give good customer service to everyone all the time. I was soooooo passed off.
