Bad customer service

10th March 2021 , i went to checkers mokopane branch to get groceries, amongst the items i bought was S26 gold milk, after paying the cashier / till parker decided to go have the tag removed, i was given my food and left. Nobody bothered to say there is no milk in your plastic nor we are going to remove the tag wait a moment. I finished paying and even left the store. They did not even bother to inform securities nor people pushing trollies to stop me . Only 4 hours later when searching i realised that no milk was given yet charged. I went back to the store to look for my milk and all the lady said was: i went to remove the tag and you had left when i came back...not even an apology. Checkers mokopane has alot of cashiers with attitude, sometimes they pack for you , sometimes they do not, the cashier greets a white person but a black person greets the cashier , their sea food department when you ask about the amount of big flies flying they tell you its in season. Last year they had an issue with their sasko bread now they remove tags in the office and they do not even bother to inform the customer. Please note that we travel distance to buy groceries , i cannot be going up and down back to the store to complain about errors made by them and they do not even show any remorse of it. To her it was life as normal nothing wrong with this incidence. Can we please have a fair customer service for everyone despite age and race.
