Bad Customer Service by Admin Manager Susan Khoase at Checkers at Northgate Mall

Good Day

I have one of the ladies that i am in business with her name is Doris Mhaule,she had a bad experience in terms of the service she received from an Admin Manager with the name Susan Khoase,we bought online vouchers to the amount of R3 000 to spend at Checkers,we could have chosen any other retailer but we selected Checkers and we experienced horrible service from this specific Admin Manager.We utilized Cashback platform to buy vouchers online which she was supposed to load into the gift vouchers when Doris get to the store but she did not since last week,the sad part is when we go to other stores they say yes it can be done,why cant she help us. Doris went to the store this morning again and she gave her attitude regarding this,she then asked for the manager who tasked Training Manager Khanyisile Dlamini to help Doris,without any hassles Khanyisile outdone herself and provided the services that Susan had failed to do for two consecutive weeks,well done Khanyisile we need more people like you who knows and respect the values of customer service,please teach your admin Manager so that she can be a better employee with the right values towards customers.
