Bad customer service

Good day,

I am very irate and have never felt such disrespect from one of your staff member from Checkers Rosebank by the Deli fish department.

She comes to the counter instead of greeting and serving me she just stares when asked why don't you greet she stated that I found her there and I should be the one greeting her, when asked is it the way you guys are trained she just stood and looked at me with no response.

Is this how customers should be treated according to Checkers protocol and SOP, if so you are going to loose customers.

As for me I told myself I'm not going to shop at the store again, such level of disrespect and disregard from a human.

I would really like this to be addressed and will appreciate feedback from Management, failure to comply will most definitely take it up.
