Bad Customer service

I losty checkers gift which had +-R800, I reported the matter immediately to the manager Nthabiseng Mahlatsi. They tried to assist by giving me another, but it turned out that the card had expired so I could not use it. I have tried to report the matter with head office my logging a call several times but up until now I have not been assisted. Does this mean I have lost my money completely. I am very disappointed with the service of Checkers to their client's.
