Bad customer service at Checkers Parow Centre

Checkers at Parow Centre is one of the worst stores to shop at during your lunch break. I personally feel their managers as well as the front line supervisors are not equipped to manage this store. I've just been there and unfortunately for me it was during load shedding. Nobody informed the customers that the card machines are off line therefor only cash transactions will be allowed. They only have one hand held machine available for all the cashiers on duty to use. I've informed the cashier that I will draw the cash for my groceries at the ATM in the store and come back, only to discover upon my return it was sent back. No apology form anybody was offered for the poor service rendered. The front line supervisors have the worst attitude I've ever experienced. As from today I will rather drive an extra few kilometers to another store. I believe a fish rots from its head. If management has a bad attitude what do you expect from the staff?
