Bad customer service and rudeness.

I returned an ear pods that I bought on Wednesday for my son because my son was not happy with the sound quality. When I arrived at the shop the lady which I found said that she must call her supervisor for exchange or refund. As the supervisor arrives, she listen to the ear pods and said that she don’t hear anything wrong. I then requested that they be exchanged, her response was that she is going to refund me and I must go buy somewhere else because I’m troubling her, she was so rude and I could see by her facial expression that she’s disgusted by us being there, all this was done In front of my son. Basically she was chasing us from checkers hyper. Her name on the receipt is Yandile Zethi Mnisi. I requested to see the manager but the manager came nd did nothing.
