Bad customer service and products

Bought chicken at Checkers Zevenwacht, it was rotten. Then I had to take it back, spend more petrol. Got there ask for customer service, was told to stand there. Nobody really helping me. The lady took my bag, don't ask anything and just said we will give your money back. Does not even ask what is wrong. I told her that I just want another pack of chicken. I went to go and fetch and went back to her

No apology for bad product, no nothing. Just did the refund and left.

If it is not Sixty60, that our products get deliver after 2 hours or sometimes not even coming from this store. Cashiers having the worst ever customer service.

They should really start to look at the store, pathic service. I will never go to the store ever again. 😡😡😡😡
