Bad customer service, and price differences

<p>I bought a product and at the till it scanned a different total, I only noticed the difference when I got home. I contacted the shop and asked them if they would be able to refund the difference, they said no! They will refund the item or exchange it.</p> <p>Who's fault is it that the items were at a wrong price? The item was R44 some cents and scanned R119.99</p>
