Bad Customer Service and Over Charging

On 30 April 2018 I have send Checkers Customer Care a complaint. Pathetic they still did not come back to me. My Ref nr 68825. I am so disgusted with them I dont even want to buy from them again. The price of a Dog Chew on the shelf was R49.99 and when I got home I opened it and gave it to my dog. Later the evening when I had time to check my slip I saw that they charged me R169.99 for it. It is an absolute *******. We work hard for our money and can hardly make ends meet and then this happens. No contacted me or nothing. Bad Service and Over charging.
