Bad customer service and dry pie

I was at the sandton store where by the cashier by the name of cathrine who was serving so nicely until the lady from customer service worse she works for customer service but she has bad customer Sevice I wonder how did she get the position her name is Anelisa it was at an express till point where she didn’t even speak to us as customers that she will be making a transaction and did not ask anyone Communication was between her and the cashier wish was really annoying as I’m at work and have limited time it was 18:11:57 PM

Worst of all I was buying 4 pie MN PEP STK they were so dry nearly chocked and paid R15,96 everything was just dry but because I was hungry I literally paid for *******
