Bad Customer Service

I went to checkers @ Kuruman mall this morning 26 September 2023 and was assisted by a very rude cashier named Lucia Setlhoke. I greeted her and paid for 1 item and told her that I also want cash back and her response was that I must not say "I want" cash back, I must say im "asking" for cash back so she is not going to help me until i use the prase that she wants me to use. She proceeded to call a lady named Masego who I assume is the manager and she narrated to Masego what just happened between us. Masego asked her to help me if she has the cash and she said yes she has the cash but will not help me because I did not use the word she wanted me to use. Masego then directed me to the kiosk so I can be assisted by another cashier. As a client I find this very derogatory and disrespectful and I wonder how many other clients is she refusing to help on a daily basis just because they do not use the phrases that she wants them to use when they speak to her.
